Gender affirming care WITHOUT reasonable, medically-based rules may be the new conversion therapy. But I know very few cases where no guardrails exist, they just arent always followed.
No reasonable rules, guardrails if you will, would be anarchy and I doubt that is common in America, except maybe with the 2nd Amendment…..
